IMIN Consulting Ltd is a team of four business partners. Each consultant specialises in a particular discipline, including Immigration Adviser, Accounting & finance, sales and marketing, management, operations, and human resources.
Vasilena Grigorova
IMMIGRATION ADVISER
Vasilena is a British citizen, originally from Bulgaria, who moved to the UK at the age of 18 to pursue her dream to study abroad. She graduated first class honour degree from Aberystwyth University - BA in Business and Мanagement with Law.
Vasilena is a Level 1 Immigration adviser regulated by OISC. Her position within the company is to provide Immigration advice, even in challenging situations and complex cases. Being a highly analytical thinker, she is also able to quickly identify, scrutinise, improve, and streamline processes and procedures.
With 5 years of experience in the field as a Personal Adviser, and 3 years of experience as an HR/VIP Guest expense assistant manager in a 5-star London hotel, she likes the buzz of being able to provide good service and that every person under her supervision receives the highest level of customer care and attention. One of her strongest points is self-motivation, which allows her to perform well under pressure and to be able to relate well to people from a range of cultures.
In her spare time, she is a sociable person who has a natural ability to talk to and build relationships with, all kinds of people. She also considers herself to be a personable professional whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings.
Elena Hristova Cholakova-Pereira
INTERPRETER AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS
Elena Cholakova is a first-generation immigrant who moved to the UK in 2000 from Bulgaria. She holds BBA from Thames Valley University and an ICB qualification. She is also a community connector with Cheshire East Council and has been awarded Community Champion by the National Black Police Association in 2017.
As a community interpreter, Elena has been working on a variety of multicultural projects and has helped migrants of Bulgarian, Polish, Slovak, Portuguese, Lithuanian, Russian, Romanian and other origins to overcome language barriers, to reduce restricted access to services and assist those migrants to settle into their new environment.
Within IMIN consulting's structure, Elena's role is to facilitate multilingual and multicultural communication and understanding, to support the main Immigration adviser by interpretation, translation and collating documents.
In her spare time, Elena loves spending time with family and friends, travelling and taking part in art and crafts projects.
Anna Atanasova
SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
Anna Atanasova is an immigrant who moved to the UK in 2010 from Bulgaria.
She holds an AAT qualification and throughout the years, Anna has developed three different businesses to a high standard. This experience gives her the opportunity to take the role as a Sales and Marketing Manager within IMIN Consulting.
Anna will assist with advertising and selling the company's products as well as her responsibility will include generating unique sales plans, promotional literature and developing prices strategies.
Anna speaks fluently English, Bulgarian, Polish and Slavic languages which will allow her to present the business strategy to a larger audience of potential customers.
Yoana Pavlova Devaney
BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Yoana is an accountant with 13 years of experience and specialising in managing international clientele while working for two of Chester’s leading practices. Yoana started her training in 2008 and holds her AAT qualification and IAB qualification for business Level 2 certificate in Payroll. Yoana is multilingual as she speaks English, Bulgarian and Russian fluently.
With previous experience in working in a similar role, Yoana has become accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment with the ultimate goal of being able to master the craft of understanding clients’ needs and exceeding client expectations.
Her position in the company is to oversee the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing the customer's needs and provide the highest standard of professional services to our clients to ensure they stand the best chance of success.
